From Dream to Trophy

Biweekly Monitoring in Phase I (Body Fat Reduction) and II (General Hypertrophy), Recalculation and Necessary Adaptations, Reassessment of Training and Diet, Support via WhatsApp and in person as necessary.

Weekly Monitoring in Phase III (Targeted Hypertrophy, Lean Mass Maintenance, Body Fat Reduction) and Daily Monitoring in Phase IV (Emotional Support, Deceleration, Preparation and Dehydration).

Consulting for Athletes is a service offered for:

a minimum of 6 months for athletes who are in Phase II or III

a minimum of 12 months for athletes who still need to correct muscle proportions and asymmetries.

This plan includes all of our best services, in addition to personalized monitoring at each stage of the process,

measurements and weighing up to the day of the championship.
